My name is Erica Noga and I’m the Founder and Master Artist at Lush Brow Co. With over 9 years in the beauty industry, I have grown a passion for unleashing and bringing to the surface that inner beauty that each and every one of us hold within ourselves.

I began my journey in the beauty industry as a Hair Colourist and Barber. Shortly after, I added Professional Makeup Artist to my resume and began working with a range of clients throughout Vancouver and beyond. My early years in the beauty industry has allowed me to cultivate and express my creativity while developing a strong understanding for symmetry and detail in everything I do — something that I now apply to my work as Permanent Makeup Artist.

As time passed, my journey took me on a different path — one that I thought would be more beneficial to my daughter and me. In 2018, I enrolled in nursing school and set off on becoming a Registered Nurse. By the second year of nursing school, I realized how much time I was losing with my daughter and noticed my passion and creativity for my work slowly diminishing. I knew at that point that I needed to make a drastic change. It was at that point in 2020 that I decided to step away from nursing school and transition into a career where I can utilize my skills and express my creativity while designing my own path forward.

In 2021, I received my first Ombre Powder Brows Certificate with Ink Brow Bar which established my foundation for Permanent Makeup and Powder Ombre. As the year progressed, I continued to build on my foundations and became consumed in everything PMU. Most recently, I earned my Advanced Permanent Makeup Certificate from highly renowned artist, BrenBeaute. I’m a firm believer in continuous improvement and am constantly learning, growing, and applying new techniques to improve my work and be better every day.

I absolutely love helping women feel more confident, beautiful, and self-assured which is I find the Permanent Make Up industry to be SO rewarding. During the appointment process, I work closely with you to achieve the results that best flatter your features and create harmony in your look. My ultimate goal is to bring out your natural beauty through natural results that will save you time and effort in taming your Brows.
